buggy jupyter notebook, unable to provide keyboard inputs to terminal. this is a prolonging issue. have started the lab twice but yet couldnt get pass through the task 2 due to this issue. need a quick fix on this

1. I cannot open a terminal in the notebook, have to ssh to the notebook instance instead. 2. The pipeline fails to start because docker-compose is not installed. Have to install it manually. 3. The pipeline fails to start due to the exception: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Unknown urn: beam:external:java:sql:v1 at org.apache.beam.sdk.expansion.service.ExpansionService.expand(ExpansionService.java:611)

Vertex AIのワークベンチの対象フレームワークがありません。よって進行状況が必ずエラーになります。 また、streaming_minute_traffic_SQL_pipeline.py をbuildするとdocker-composeがないとエラーになったので、手動でインストールしましたがバージョンが合わないとエラーになります。Cloud Shellのオープンエディタで実行してクリアしました。
