I wasn't able to spin up worker nodes, the work nodes pool is exhausted. The error message: " Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-b failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. I was able to get the lab to run by forcing it to use the us-west1 region instead of us-central1, which always fails. However, the checkpoints do not recognize that the lab is working. I have verified the data is in BigQuery, but the checkpoints don't see it, so I don't get credit for the lab.
