Lab needs maintenance. python environment is not virtual. Expressions run as root. This leads to problems with BASE_DIR and location of test files. Really spend too much time on setup and next to nothing on the Dataflow problem. Lousy Lab.

Can't execute pipeline as there doesn't see to be enough resources?!? creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-e72e86c0861a/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.
