Everytime I attempted to run the Pipeline it would fail with amessage about "ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED:". I started the JupyterLab instance on the zone specified in the instructions, however, the pipeline would choose a different zone (the same one each time I tried). I could not find any way to specify a different zone.

These labs are okay, they feel outdated though. Also, it feels like they can't decide if they want to teach you beam or how to set-up beam in Google Cloud. I like both, but I would rather learn Google Cloud here and then beam elsewhere.
