The lab is not up-to-date. The instructions were not fully clear, steps were missing, the first pipeline execution documented was at a point when the pipeline was not ready to execute and failed. Lab part 1 task 6 region returned a 403 error (forbidden?), and I had to figure out myself a workaround to proceed successfully, which was to replace the Region "Region" with "us-central1".
