The overall QA is horrendous. The validation efforts of the final step in the lab is not working. I wasted 2 hours trying to get the credit for all my work. It significantly impacts my ability to learn and to do the other requirements elements of my job if I have to spend time trying to "trick" the system to properly recognize the work I completed. Fix this. No - support does not work. I tried several times to fire off an email.
