very disappointed. could not create test-vm because of resource availability issue. I am surprised that the lab does not have some compute engine reservations in place. The support engineer on the chat did not help either and gave me some standard response that I am guessing you always give when you do not know the answer and try to blame it on the customer not using chrome in incognito mode (which i am doing) just tried the lab a second time and could not even create any vm (not even the first two which i could do in the previous lab). I can create vms in my own google account so I know the issue is in this project. Please fix asap! managed to finish lab the 3rd time, but still have not heard back why I had the issues the first 2 times
