There is one point that got quite annoying today, as it cost me a lot of time: Labels of Buttons have changed since these courses were made ("Release often..." vs. "make stable interfaces") The text does not say, were on the page a button might be. If the label has changed significantly, it is hard to follow. In some cases, it's not a button or link, but e.g. a table header.
