kubernetes Engine cluster作成ができない制限がかかっている？クラスタが作成できない？？？ CREATEを実行すると、Insfficient quotaが表示されるがどうすればいいのかわからない とりあえず、Kubernetesクラスタを作成できたが、進行状況を確認がOKにならない ノードプールに関するプロパティの説明は画面のどこを指しているのか？　UIに変更があったのでしょうか

parameters in the instructions are not available in the option list for creating the kubernete cluster. therefore after creation it cannot move forward as it count the created cluster as wrong cluster
