This lab is completely broken. None of pre-provisioned resources or created. I even tried looking up the scripts in the setup-vm to set it up manually. This has worked for me in past. But I can't figure out this one.

AHYBRID051 Managing Traffic Flow with Anthos Service Mesh Issues with Lab setup. Anthos Service Mesh has been installed- Not installed(Looking at log entried there seems to be some issue with resources on us-central1-b). Tried change zone location. The Bookinfo multi-service sample application was deployed.-Not deployed as a pre-requisite for the lab.(I guess this falls back on the resource provisioning issue)
