the api that is using it is not configured in the GKE cluster "networking.istio.io/v1" please change the script in this uri https://raw.githubusercontent.com/istio/istio/master/samples/bookinfo/networking/virtual-service-all-v1.yaml or update the cluster in order to undersand the api
