Lab is broken, doesn't deploy admin cluster. Had to use steps from 091 to be able to advance in 092. On the test-vm there were no traces of what might have failed on the lab initialization.

No admin cluster is created as mentioned in the documentation. unable to proceed. Waste of time.

looks like there is wrong configuration for the project: no clusters avaialble, so `admin` does not exist
