Unable to create a resource due to ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED message in us-central1-a zone for n1-standard-4 machine type. This lab has checkpoints and points system which do not get updated if I change the zone hence can't complete the lab.

us-central1-a does not have enough resources to fulfill any of the build requests But when it does work, the checkpoints don't and I'm not given credit for it.

This lab does not work as written. in Task 2 "Build the GCE VMs that act as bare metal servers Create the VM to be used as your admin workstation: gcloud compute instances create $VM_WS \ --image-family=ubuntu-2004-lts \ --image-project=ubuntu-os-cloud \ --zone=${ZONE} \ --boot-disk-size 256G \ --boot-disk-type pd-ssd \ --can-ip-forward \ --network anthos-network \ --subnet us-central1-subnet \ --scopes cloud-platform \ --machine-type $WS_MACHINE_TYPE \ --metadata=os-login=FALSE \ --verbosity=error IP=$(gcloud compute instances describe $VM_WS --zone ${ZONE} \ --format='get(networkInterfaces[0].networkIP)') IPs+=("$IP")" does not work. it gave me an error that the n1-standard-4 didn't exist in the zone us-central1-a. So I tried the other zones (us-central1-b, us-central1-c, and us-central1-f). None of them worked either. For zones b and c I got the same error as zone a. For zone f I got the following error: "ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource: - Quota 'SSD_TOTAL_GB' exceeded. Limit: 500.0 in region us-central1. metric name = compute.googleapis.com/ssd_total_storage limit name = SSD-TOTAL-GB-per-project-region limit = 500.0 dimensions = region: us-central1 Try your request in another zone, or view documentation on how to increase quotas: https://cloud.google.com/compute/quotas. ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.describe) Could not fetch resource: - The resource 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-5462f4c58016/zones/us-central1-f/instances/abm-ws' was not found" fix this lab. don't have the lab run commands that require/request resources that the gcp doesn't have... so yeah that's a big issue... almost like whoever wrote the lab didn't test it from a user account or the lab got updated but gcp is the same or gcp free accounts for coursera users got changed but the lab didn't get updated to reflect those changes. so yeah. fix it.
