It seems that no one has proof-read this notebook. It lacks self-consistency or logical flow. * "IMG_HEIGHT = 448 # note *twice* what we used to have" → this is one of the first lines of the lab; where do you expect me to take notes from and why do you emphasise to take notes _twice_? wut * "This class contains preprocessing functions that have to be explicitly applied between training and prediction." → wat? mangling with data between training and prediction is asking for issues * "Therefore, you can take the center cropping functionality out of the Preprocessor class and move it into the model itself." → The lab should show how to do it properly, instead of doing some bullshit and keeping "Understand how to set up preprocessing to ensure reproducibility in production" as a key learning objective. You are playing silly buggers here. Actually, this makes me change the rating from 2 stars to 1 star, thank you.
