I completed the the notebook and TODO 4, even with same as solution, the validation still complains TODO 4 is not completed. It's odd

There are many issues and especially labs with with cloud bucket usually have issues. Please don't use the checkpoints because sometime it works and sometime it doesn't.

Something is wrong at TODO 4 stage. I tried this twice, second time running the solution notebook. First time through TODO 4, got a ProcessError or something similar. When I tried again, it worked but would not give full credit to the last step.
