i had to start over because i foolishly named my bucket bucket_$PROJECTID. I kept working around it until I got down to step 13. I now know I could have tweaked it in step 1 and it probably worked all the way through, but I think it was hard coded to use the projectid somewhere further down anyway. Did lab a 3rd time after i realized that the REGION var at the top needed to set to the project region. That needs to be labeled as TODO, not hardcoded to "REGION"
