This particular Lab is not working.... AccessDeniedException: 403 736798071764-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.list access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket. Permission 'storage.objects.list' denied on resource (or it may not exist).

Google cloud repository was not available and had to manually download the dataset. And that also involved modifying the functions
