lots of errors - table for looker studio big query is wrong, and count doesnt exist for last table

Cannot complete the Looker Studio step - what is it expecting?? I have tried all of: connecting directly to the shared view (in the customer project), creating a copy of the view in the partner project in the demo_dataset, creating a copy of the view in a newly created customer_dataset. None of these are accepted (but all display the expected data). What is the validation checking for?
