please check the canary and blue green deployment files yaml files. There are things to fix in them

There were two separate bugs in my end that prevented me from successfully completing this lab. While I'll still earn the certificate from this course because of the grades, it'd be nice to see these issues get fixed so I can come back and properly learn the material at a later date. I'll follow up soon.
