On task 3 there seems to be a configuration error in the helm chart. When running the command in step 6, in the CLI an error shows no cluster agent will be deployed because the option clusterAgent.enabled needs to be activated. But only reference to this error when searching is a Github issue, there isn't any reference in avaiable documentation at first glance.
