Can't create stress-test vm due to the error fi-micro is not deployed in that zone.

I've tried so many times, but this issue stays the same: A f1-micro VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-west1-b zone. Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time. For more information, see the troubleshooting documentation.
