ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED creating win cluster, 2 try, had to search by chance another zone but time not enough to complete the cluster creation... lab not completed probably due to the use of a different region, but detected as complete, good for me but something to work on for Google.

Task 8: Add Windows Node to Cluster Didn't complete. It took more than 35 minutes and the command was still running. I have tried the lab more than 4 times. I am unable to finish the lab as the command is taking too long to execute and Lab is time is finishing up before the command finishes executing. Either something wrong with the command execution or the time for the lab needs to be made more than 2 hours. Got stuck, could not complete the lab. Very disappointed!
