There was no instruction to set project id in terminal , before creating bucket. So going step by step, cloud shell did not create bucket

Adjust the lab pages, so the start/end lab button and the timer is floating through the page. In that way, we can keep an eye on the timer. Also, we don't have to scroll all the way up to end the lab
