Bot Management with Google Cloud Armor and reCAPTCHA avis

Instructions are not clear; when creating a LB the UI has changed, which may confuse new users, and I got stuck on passing the test for the last task. Going back over the instructions and looking at other comments, I found that my site should have the test key but my infra should have the CHALLENGE key. Instructions are lacking/confusing in regards to advising where each relevant key should go. If this is not the issue then it is an issue when updating infra with the CHALLENGE key.

the instance group needs to be global even if the instance is restricted to one zone this is not clear in the directions
