While it appeared the tasks has completed I was unable to get the final steps of accessing the url. Yhe load balancer showed an error re IAP consent not being configured. when attempting the final access to the http:ip I got unautheroised access. The steps seemed slighty out of date from the console. would recommend further step checks and validatation of steps
