A lot of info was missing, such as the default info to leave regarding the app for OAuth screen. I'm all about "if it doesn't say anything, don't change anything" but you could and should def be more verbose about it as you are expected to click next on 3 windows without further changes which might seem a bit suspicious leading ppl to assume they are doing something wrong
