Finally able to finish this buggy lab. Kept on getting error that IAP resources can't be loaded. Read the comments for a solution. Here's what I did to make it work in CLI. Tried gcloud iap web enable --resource-type=app-engine gcloud iap web add-iam-policy-binding --resource-type=app-engine --member="user:<studentloginID>" --role="roles/iap.httpsResourceAccessor" did not work until I ran gcloud services enable run.googleapis.com. After that, I was able to see the IAP resources after refreshing the page. FYI, if you're sttuck, check the comments
