If you got Failed to load IAP resources error, just run this on cloud shell. "gcloud services enable run.googleapis.com". Then reload the page.

Finally able to finish this buggy lab. Kept on getting error that IAP resources can't be loaded. Read the comments for a solution. Here's what I did to make it work in CLI. Tried gcloud iap web enable --resource-type=app-engine gcloud iap web add-iam-policy-binding --resource-type=app-engine --member="user:<studentloginID>" --role="roles/iap.httpsResourceAccessor" did not work until I ran gcloud services enable run.googleapis.com. After that, I was able to see the IAP resources after refreshing the page. FYI, if you're sttuck, check the comments
