Stuck at Identity-Aware Proxy as after setting up Oauth Consent Screen, the IAP don't show anything even after following the instructions on this lab, both the project list and the resource panel doesn't show anything

Return to the Identity-Aware Proxy page and refresh it. You should now see a list of resources you can protect. This step never succeed, it keeps spinning for 60 mins
