issue during app deploy (lab first try): ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) Error Response: Error occurred while calling Artifact Registry. Suggestion (lab second try): before "gcloud app deploy" instruction, add "wait a few minutes (almost 10 minutes) to deploy the app without errors"
