Collect Metrics from Exporters using the Managed Service for Prometheus Reviews

I think it is not needed to confuse the reader with "PROJECT_ID" and then "PROJECT". Also the connection to the CloudShell would disconnect frequently by the end of the tutorial. I guess the Lab was engineered in a away that optimizes the Google Cloud resources, but this is not a good experience. I had to re-authenticate in order to continue using the Lab, and then terminated the running shell in the background before I could re-run the test again. Please be inform about this. The Lab time can be reduced to ONE hour, but please make the resources more available.
