Again the response times were too slow, and kept receiving "Quota has been exhausted" message. Have now attempted this three time, each had timed out because of the aforementioned issues.

No. The response time is too slow, and keep getting "Quota exceed" message. Have now attempted this twice, and has timed out because of the aforementioned issues. That is 2 hours of my life I'm never getting back :(
