No Jupyter Notebook for follow the lab

I was able to get prompts working with gemini but am not able to complete the lab since it is based on PALM and the lab software is unable to validate my work. This particular lab should be updated to use Gemini. Too many errors need to be fixed to set up the account to get the lab to work. Not enough time is allowed to search for the dependencies required to get it working.
