The "Authenticating your notebook environment" section in the notebook is not very straight-forward and doesn't appear to be correct for the VertexAI Workbench tutorial.

The setup was a little convoluted and unclear. I was eventually able to work it out, though, but it took up time and I had to rush through the Jupyter Notebook in the remaining lab time.
