Running lab from Colab doesn't work due to error pasted below. I tried connecting to runtime in various methods but no luck Failed to assign a backend Sorry, no backends available. The lab guide is absolutely unclear. It does not exactly say how to run colab and keeps saying the backend is not available. Running selected cells in Jupyter throws different error that Kernel is not read even though its restarted several times
