can't make a new portal in apigee platform ,please check this error .

Portal in classic editor is not loading. Hence, users could not complete the lab and blocked to prove the practical knowledge though we have the technical knowledge. Once, this issue is resolved at the apigee end, users will have to redo this course from beginning for all the labs to again complete it which is a repetitive task.
