Got error with gcloud builds submit : gcloud builds submit --config cloudbuild.yaml --substitutions _SERVICE_NAME=$APP_NAME,_DBINST=$DBINST,_REGION=$REGION,_SECRET_NAME=rails_secret --timeout=20m Creating temporary archive of 103 file(s) totalling 112.1 KiB before compression. command to create slq instance took too long to complete during first run, I had to cancel, cleanup and re-run, all good though gcloud sql instances create $INSTANCE_NAME \ --database-version POSTGRES_17 \ --tier db-g1-small \ --region $REGION \ --edition=ENTERPRISE
