Dataflow Job is failing, lab cannot be completed. Issues, please check

Could not due lab since there were no instruction on where to go when the dashboard opened. Checked every where on the screen and submitted a help request but was told there would be a long wait time. Nothing listed as tasks in the instruction screen showed when I selected start lab.
