This instruction was out of date. In the raw data we can see that the first row consists of column headings, so you’ll need to select the option to Set first row as header in the dialog box for Parse as CSV that is presented to you, then click Apply.

why data wrangler "set as header" option were deprecated. Is this lab out of dated a little bit?
