I got error on the middle of notebook. Even though I added cloud storage admin role, it didn't work. 936340764882-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.list access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket. I could not access gs://flowers-public - it resulted in a 403 making the lab impossible to complete on my own.
