I'm stuck at Task 4. If I go to Networking > VPC Network > External IP Addresses, Reserve Static Address is grayed out and I cannot reserve an IP.

Some of the instructions didn't work. And I'm confused how the kubectl commands worked, when I never setup a GKE cluster. Also, the difference between ClusteIP and NodePort were subtle and lost one me. The text explaining why each worked was too similar.
