I found finding the Employee Onboarding a little tricky - I didn't initially use the link in the instructions but went to the Appsheet -> Templates item and found an 'Employee Onboarding' template there. But that template didn't seem to have anything to do with employee onboarding, strangely enough. So I figured that out and then went and re-read the instructions more carefully and figured it out.
