could not connect even when I followed the directions. Deleted and recreated the client step by step multiple times -- error: Sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server : Login timeout expired. this took WAY too long. I understand in real life it might take that long to create/backup/restore, but we really don't need to take 10 mintues for each operation in a lab.
