Very poor labs. Same complain code doesn't work until you copy it from solutions folder. Even a single liner code. Worst case a file test.json is created but code in last block not able to read it. Finally after using custom image of TF2.6 it worked.

Need to use create TF2.6 image with Debian 10, and the custom training and endpoint serving shall also use TF 2.6 image instead of the TF 2.3 image.
