Check to verify the Classify images using dropout and batchnorm layer Please complete the codeblock in 'Define Helper Functions' and wait till it is completed. ----------------- Tried twice: all three "ToDo"s completed and expected results observed, but I got this error and won't pass this lab in both attempts. It looks like there is a bug in this lab! Well, this time it passed, though still not sure what made the difference.
