I have a couple of observations for this lab, is the command "gcloud functions logs read --limit 100"appropriate for looking at the logs?. On the deployment of the ocr-save functions there's an issue with the syntax of the set-env-vars option. I had to remove the quotes from the arguments list for the deployment to work
