Extracting Text from the Images using the Google Cloud Vision API Reviews

There were issue with instruction to pass cloud storage name or full path. Which caused ocr_save fail. Changing it worked in 2nd attempt. Considering small time limit, instruction should be very precise to execute step flawless.
