Detecting Labels, Faces, and Landmarks in Images with the Cloud Vision API Reviews

There is no results showing in Task 9. The response shows as empty. Needs to be corrected. The API did not return anything after copying and pasting the exact command shown in example.

The city.png image could not be parsed by the LANDMARK_DETECTION, it returned an empty json. Image too big maybe?
