The lab had an infra issues, out of my hand when I could have just deleted it myselff or rename the deployment name. The second instance was successful but the name is not lamp-2 so progress is still failed.

Fallo el deploy y no me dejaba arreglarlo. Terraform has created a lock file .terraform.lock.hcl to record the provider selections it made above. Include this file in your version control repository so that Terraform can guarantee to make the same selections by default when you run "terraform init" in the future. I had problems when setting up the lamp-1 to run. It got partially deployed and I was stuck because I couldn't check the url and couldn't delete the instance to try again due to insuficient access of the training account.
