LAMP process got stuck in Google's internal terraform init script and couldn't finish the lab. Gotta start a new one. After 3 attempts the 4th attempt next day finally worked. Verify your deployment part is also flawed. You can't access directly to Compute Enginge information after the LAMP stack has been built. You should insted instruct user to go to Compute Engine -> VM Instances -> Click lamp-1-vm from there. But there is no Site Url link anywhere. Instead, find VM instance public IP address and copy-paste it to browser to verify everything works.
